With a Dad who loves to run and owns a gym you could say it runs in the family for cross country siblings, Winston and Tabitha Neville.

The two La Salle students participated in the Diocesan cross country championships in Orange on May 9, in which they qualified for the State Championships at Eastern Creek in June.
Year 11 student and runner Winston said he loved to run because of his dad, Andrew.
"He does a lot of running and also owns ANT Fitness in Portland so because of him I've been running competitively for a while.
"I love the competition, pushing myself and the challenge of it," he said.
He also said when it came to competing he tried to get into other racer's heads.

"I let them know I mean business, the main goal of the race is to get ahead and stay there," he said.
Year 9 student Tabitha said herself and her brother were happy and proud to have qualified for the State championships.
"We both run competitively outside of school so this is just another chance to run, plus dad's proud of us too," she said.
She said the main goal for both of them would be to keep running competitively and be the best they could.
Winston and Tabitha will also be competing in Portland's Born to Run festival on July 14.
