The 38-year-old woman was last seen in Oberon on Wednesday, May 15.
Just after midday on Thursday, May 16, officers from Chifley Police District attended an Oberon address where the woman was located safe and well.
She was taken to Bathurst Base Hospital for assessment.
EARLIER
Chifley police have called for help from the public to locate a woman reported missing from west of Lithgow overnight.
Julia Collins, 38, left work on Lowes Mountain Road, Oberon, about noon on Wednesday.
About 40 minutes later, she was identified at a service station on the Great Western Highway at Yetholme putting fuel into a dark green Subaru Forester station wagon (BHJ 56L), believed to be her vehicle.
Police and family have serious concerns for her welfare.
Officers from Chifley Police District were notified of concerns for Ms Collins' welfare on Wednesday afternoon and started inquiries.
She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm to 170cm tall, of medium build, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who sees her is urged to contact Triple-0 immediately.
