Currently the laundry facility offers employment to 25 people in the Lithgow area.
Access Industries manager Tony Mitchell said the open day would include a factory tour and information to help the community learn about the positions available for people living with disabilities.
"Three quarters of our staff have some sort of disability, we are very keen on more people with disabilities in our region gaining meaningful employment," he said.
Mr Mitchell said employees could work as little as eight hours a week or more, depending on what suited them.
"They all go through a training process and start off in one area, we want them to progress in the business and taken to a level that their skills allow," he said.
Currently the factory supplies the majority of hotels and motels from Kurrajong through to the Wolgan Valley and Mr Mitchell said there was a huge demand for services and a need for staff.
"We have grown 40 per cent over the last 12 months and we process around 30 tonne of linen a week, I could easily employ another 10 people and ask if they would like to start straight away," he said.
He said Access Industries was the happiest place they could ever work.
"It makes us feel good giving people with a disability an opportunity, we support the community and the community supports us," he said.

Mr Mitchell said it was important to get people with disabilities out and into meaningful employment so they could get a level of job satisfaction.
"We want to get them out into the community and contribute to make them feel they are doing something," he said.
He urged people to come along to the open day for a barbecue lunch, to meet some of the current employees and learn about opportunities with Access Industries.
About Access Industries in Lithgow
Access Industries is a long established, not-for-profit organisation which has provided employment services and opportunities for people with disabilities since 1949 through its major divisions in the Sydney metropolitan area and in Newcastle.
The Lithgow division has been providing commercial laundry services to the Blue Mountains area since 1978.
Presently, it provides laundry and linen services to 4.5 to 6 star hotels, motels and resorts from the lower Blue Mountains, Katoomba, Lithgow and Wolgan Valley.
Access Industries currently employs 25 people with disabilities together with management and support staff who oversee the laundry operation.
The original service at Lithgow operated from Hartley Valley Road but moved after a fire caused major structural damage and destroyed all the internal laundry and machines, equipment and stock.
A larger block of ground was purchased and a new, state-of-the art laundry built, located at 155 Bells Road, Lithgow, which commenced operations in early 2015.
