People living with arthritis in the Lithgow area are invited to join Arthritis and Osteoporosis NSW (AONSW) and St Vincent's Outreach Centre at a free community education event on Wednesday, May 15 at Bathurst RSL Club.

A morning tea for last year's participants will be held at 9.30am prior to the presentation.
Lithgow's Stephen Godfrey will attend the seminar for a second time and said it has made a huge difference to his life.
"I'm still mobile, whereas previously I would often need to rest my knee and apply an ice-pack the following day," he said.

The event consists of two parts with the AONSW presentation providing exercise, mindfulness and wellbeing strategies to stay strong with arthritis and the St Vincent's Outreach to present exercise, screening and lifestyle strategies.
The event will start from 10.30am and bookings are essential.
