The Lithgow Oberon Landcare Association along with Lithgow Council will be holding a tree planting day at Albert Street Bridge over Farmers Creek on Thursday, April 18 from 10am-12.30pm.

People are welcome to come along to the family friendly event and plant native plants into pre-drilled holes.
The event aims to improve Lithgow's landscape by improving biodiversity along the creek through bank restoration and re-vegetation.

There will also be a sausage sizzle for lunch.
Participants are advised to wear sturdy shoes and a hat and are to RSVP for tools and catering by contacting Richard Stephens on 0419 795 781.
