The Lithgow Garden Club's annual general meeting was held recently with three new committee members; Jan Cullen, Margaret Hardie and Beth Paul.

At the meeting, president Robyn da Costa presented Lorraine Terry with a certificate of appreciation for her dedicated work for the club.
The club combined with the Community Cinema for a bus trip to the Hawksbury.
A delightful day was held taking in the views on the way down, visiting heritage buildings, museums and churches.
It was a beauiful countryside with green fields everywhere.
The day finished with Devonshire Tea in the Church Hall of St Mathew's Church. The members of the Church provided a delicious afternoon tea.
On the way home the club stopped at the famous Fruit Bowl at Bilpin.
