Stevens made 107 not out, which combined with Darren Duncan's 28 and Zac Jones' 47 not out, resulted in an innings total of 3-207.
Valley's Riley Bell took two wickets, while one wicket went to Dave Hartley.
Valley's opening batsman Sam Johnson made a very strong start, making 57 before he was caught out. Graeme Bell went on to make 54 not out, but there was a swift collapse as he lost his batting partners one after the other.
Josh Blanchard (3-22) and Darren Duncan (3-26) did most of the damage from the bowling end. Wickets also went to Chris Keller and Warren Stevens.
Lithgow Hotel v La Salle Hornets
Geoff Thompson spearheaded La Salle's win against Lithgow Hotel on March 9.
Thompson, coming in at number five, made a match high 63 as La Salle smacked its way to 8-190.
Other notable totals were made by Pete Morris (34) and Chris Isley (19).
Before Thompson took his place at the crease, Lithgow Hotel's bowlers were having a bit of fun. The Jasons, Stewart and Murray, took three wickets each during the innings, with Dan Hine claiming one.
Dan Hine fought hard with the bat for Lithgow Hotel. He made 58 not out, building on the work of Jason Murray (37). Brett Holyoake contributed 34 not out, but the final score was not enough. Lithgow Hotel finished on 6-165.
La Salle's wickets went to Eli Morris (2), Rob Spillane (2), Pete Morris (1) and Geoff Thompson (1).
THE DUCK POND
Lithgow Hotel's Robert Champion fell for no score against La Salle at the hands of young gun Eli Morris.
Hartley's Shorn Holt was dismissed for no score. He was joined by Valley 2 opponents Dave Hartley and Mick Inzitari.
