'What you see is what you get' was the slogan used by then real estate agents to try to sell the cottage on McLachlan Street.
That was last August - on Saturday the totally cleaned out and repainted property is back on the market.
Its first open day is from 10am with the asking price listed at $380,000, however the selling agents say it does have a few quirks.
For starters there is no kitchen or bathroom, there are no floor coverings and the back of the house is still un-restored.

But on the plus side the owners who bought the house full of rubbish have since obtained planning approval to divide the block into two separate properties that would allow a new three-bedroom property to be built on what is now the backyard.
McCormack Barber real estate agent Tom Figuero said the renovation had been a huge undertaking by the owner.
"It would have been a gamble, the purchase," he said.
Mr Figuero said the rubbish had been taken out of the house and the front and back yards by the truckload over at least two months.
He said they had to cut through the front door with a chainsaw to access the interior and had to replace windows at the front which were damaged.
Mr Figuero said the property had been left unfinished to allow new buyers to add their touch.
"They didn't do anything to the floors because they didn't know what people would want to do with it, whether they wanted to put down carpets," he said.
"The kitchen and the bathroom were not salvageable so they just ripped them out.
"They also thought that if a builder has the skills to build a new house [in the backyard] they would have the skills to do up the kitchen and bathroom."
Co-agent Adam Scimone said they were "optimistic" of achieving the price sought.
"There is a shortage of homes about. People want the old character homes," he said.
"It is still in the bracket for first home buyers."
Mr Scimone said it would also interest builders keen on a project or even the Airbnb market for holiday accommodation.
He said it was a sought after area in that price bracket with several others having undergone renovations to breathe new life into old homes.
