A huge volunteer and police effort was made to locate missing 3-year-old Kayden Errol Frank on Wednesday, February 20, after he went missing from a Comara Crescent address at 10am.

Finally, just before 2pm, he was located in the back of an unlocked car close to where the young boy went missing.
He was reunited with his very relieved family, suffering from some dehydration.
A team of searchers from the Volunteer Rescue Association was involved in the search up the hill behind Landa Street and into bushland areas.
A drone was brought in from Bathurst to assist from the air.
Facebook posts appealing for people to assist in his return were shared hundreds of times around the community.
