A search is currently under way for a Lithgow three-year-old, who was last seen at 10am this morning, Wednesday, February 20.
The boy, named Kayden Errol Frank, is described as wearing a white top and blue pants with a Mickey Mouse print.
He is large for his age and may appear more like a five-year-old.
He was last seen in the front yard of 3 Comara Crescent at 10am. Police believe he has wandered off from this location, away from the top of the hill.
People have gathered to assist with the search, with multiple police cars in the area.
Lithgow Police Chief Inspector Chris Sammut said there were concerns for his welfare, due to his medical condition.
Numerous police vehicles are on site, as well as volunteers from the Lithgow Volunteer Rescue Association.
A drone has also been called in from Bathurst to assist in the search.
Chief Insp Sammut said the search was moving into the western creek lines from Landa Street.
Police will be canvasing people's front and back yards.
