The event, which was launched in 2017, raises funds for the work of the Cancer Council NSW in the community. Aiming to raise $30,000, organisers were blown away by the total, which had reached $41,900 on the night. It was a combination of fundraising by the Stars in the lead-up to the event and donations on the night.
