This week the gun side of Craig Pugsley, Vee Brown and Ian McMillan were held to 16 all before winning the last two ends to beat Greg Tilley, Bruce Robinson and Des Francis.
The “Greg for Skip” movement continues as Greg Anderson helped his team of Ron Vidler and Al Davies to a very good 12-11 win over Kim Alexander, JB Brown and Peter Matchett.
With the pennant season coming up sheets are up on the board for intending players. Wang intends to field two teams so all players need to nominate.

Grades will be decided at a Zone meeting at Wellington this weekend. Sheets are also up on the board for singles and pairs.
Versatility fours will be played on Monday, January 28. This is a single entry event with three two hour games to be played.
Play will start at 9am with no roll ups or dead ends. Play will stop at two hours if you have not finished your ends. Please put your name on the sheets.
Thursday twilights kicked off this week with players lucky enough to avoid the extreme heat but were washed out after three ends. They will be on again this week.
The inter club challenge is on Monday, January 21 at the Lithgow Workies with a sheet on the board.
