Each walk hosted over 40 people, who rocked their yellow shirts and hats, ready to talk to each other about mental health and kindness.
At the final walk of the year this was no exception with many turning up to support the event.
At St Patrick’s Primary School’s annual presentation year six students donated a cheque worth $300 to the Lithgow Walk ‘n’ Talk group.

“What a great bunch of kind and caring students they are, simply amazing,” organiser Leanne Walding said.
Lithgow Walk ‘n’ Talk wanted to thank everyone for their ongoing support and said they couldn’t wait for what 2019 has to offer.
“We look forward to 2019 as Walk ‘n’ Talk brings like-minded caring people together to help prevent suicide and create awareness of mental health,” she said.
