The crash occurred when a 29-year-old female driver of a Suzuki Swift had stopped and indicated to turn right into a laneway and was giving way to oncoming traffic.
A 68-year-old woman in a Nissan Pulsar behind allegedly did not allow enough time or room to come to a full stop.
The collision resulted with the driver of the Pulsar rear ending the Suzuki, pushing the former vehicle across the road.
Both vehicles were damaged and the Pulsar had to be towed away.
