The man was charged by police with supply of a prohibited drug.
A man in his 20’s who took the prohibited drug was searched and charged with possessing a prohibited drug.
A woman who was with the man was also searched and has been charged with possessing a prohibited drug.
Licensed premises
Two men were escorted from licenced premises by police after failing to leave when ordered to on Saturday, December 1.
Police were called to escort a 57-year-old man from a premises at 2am after he refused to leave. He was given an infringement notice of $550.
A 36-year old Lithgow man also failed to leave a Lithgow pub on Saturday, December 1 at 11.30pm.
The man was escorted from the premises and was charged with using offensive language in a public place.

Drink driving
A 29-year-old Lithgow man was pulled over for a breath test at 3.20am on Friday, November 30.
The P-plate driver allegedly returned a positive roadside breath test and was taken back to Lithgow police station where he was charged with low range drink driving.
Outstanding warrant
A 27-year-old Lithgow man was found on Monday, December 3 and arrested for an outstanding warrant. He will face Lithgow Local Court at a later date.
