Lithgow Mayor Ray Thompson said it was wonderful to have such an ideal location to host a Christmas themed event.
“I look forward to seeing people enjoy themselves and supporting our local markets and entertainers,” he said.
According to Lithgow Tourism the day will offer people the chance to meet up with friends, enjoy the entertainment, browse for Christmas gifts and is a day the whole family can enjoy.

There will be a jumping castle for the kids, food on offer and places to bring a rug and enjoy the surroundings of the park.
Entertainment on the day includes Lithgow City Band, Lithgow Ukulele group and local musicians Isabelle and Erin Cobcroft.
The Markets will get underway at 12pm, the entertainment from 3pm and they day will conclude at 7pm.
