The students and staff of Mount Victoria Public School are inviting community members to join their 150th anniversary celebrations on Friday, November 23.

“Our school has a long and rich history and has always been at the heart of this community. We are looking forward to welcoming back previous parents and students and celebrating 150 years of teaching and learning at the top of the Blue Mountains,” relieving principal Gerard Elms said.
“Our history and the values of our school motto ‘Together in Harmony’ will be reflected in our special school anniversary presentation and in the family activities at the anniversary fete.”

On Friday, November 23, the school’s anniversary presentation will be held 1.45pm-3pm, with the fete from 3pm-5.30pm.
The fete will include historical photo displays, memorabilia, music performances, rides, food stalls, face painting, tree plantings, drumming and hula-hoop workshops and games.
