On November 25 we have the interclub challenge between Wang and Margellan.
This is a two game event with players to be at Magellan club at 9.30am.
Club colours must be worn. The sheet is on the board for both men and women bowlers.
The annual LEGACY day is on Wednesday 22 Once again there is a sheet on the board.
All members are asked to come along and support this worthy day. Morning tea is at 9.30am.
It is a mufti day.
The draw for the mixed pairs is up with some interesting clashes in the first round.
The Craig Brown / Judy Egan versus Kim Alexander / Veonne Brown game and the Sandra/Daryl Archer versus Daryll McSorley/ Lynne Cooke game should be a beauty .
The sheets and play dates for all of the Zone events are on the board so if you fancy yourself then this is your chance to shine.
With our travelling bowlers away this weekend there was only one social game played.
Once again Jason Nunan came out as the best in the family as he, Ray Palmer and Craig Pugsley did a job on Dave Nunan Dick Bulkeley and Greg Hilliard winning 23-8 after the scores were level on seven all after ten ends.
The Thursday twilights continue with this weeks winners Dragons Mrs Browns Boys STD Builders and Hunters. Play starts at five o,clock and we need more players so if you want to have a fun night with bowls and tea for a few dollars come on down.
