Lithgow police Sergeant Darryl Goodwin said that they needed help from the public to find out about people doing the wrong thing in the community. 

“If you know of someone doing or dealing drugs in Lithgow, dob them in because it will help the community we live in,” he said. 

Assistance from community members will help service the community and clean up drugs around Lithgow and surrounding areas.

“It just becomes the standard to just walk past and not do anything, not get involved and when good people do nothing, that lets the community down,” he said. 

Sgt Goodwin wanted to remind people that they can call anonymously to Crime Stoppers or Lithgow Police Station.  

“If we don’t get any information then we might not know about it,” he said. 

“We need information because we can only do so much with what we have.”
