The LJ Hooker international franchise owner of the year award recognises the franchise owner who creates a wonderful office culture, is a leader within the group, gives back to the local community and provides support to the wider network.
Mr Giokaris was also awarded second place internationally for franchise owner – number of properties sold for 2017/2018.
After winning last year, the Lithgow office was again nominated for the international customer experience award.

Mr Giokaris commenced his real estate career with LJ Hooker Lithgow in 1992, becoming a partner of the business in 2003 and the sole owner in 2010.
“It’s an absolute honour, I feel humbled and honoured to receive this award after 26 years in the same local LJ Hooker office,” he said.
“The brand is as strong as ever with over 650 offices and I’m proud to be a franchise owner with such a great, iconic Australian company.”
Graeme Hyde, Network Chief of LJ Hooker Corporation said Mr Giokaris had shown great dedication to his work and the LJ Hooker network.
