The duo, Dave Webb and Lauren Hagney, are thrilled to release the album after independently writing, recording, producing and performing this project.
“The name of the album ‘Subtitles’ represents all the things that go on in your mind, that aren’t necessarily said out loud,” Dave Webb said.
Momentum has been performing together in the Central West region for more than two years.
After meeting in the Carillon Theatrical Society's 2016 performance of "Rock of Ages", Lauren Hagney and Dave Webb began the long process of creating an original album.
At Two Heads Brewery on Thursday, November 15, audiences will be treated to the indie rock, pop sound that has led these two performers to open for Diesel, Ian Moss and The Radiators.
You will be able to purchase the album at the performance or online from November 16.
A second date will follow at The Lithgow Tin Shed on November 29, to allow Lithgow followers of this duo to make sure they get to see the final result of two years of hard work that went into making the independent album.
“I think they’re a great bunch of songs, and want to share it with others,” Mr Webb said.
“If people can listen to the words and have them mean something to them, that would be amazing.”
According to the duo, the album, is a mix of different styles, all with a rock, pop vibe.

One half of Momentum, Dave Webb, has been responsible for the instrumentation and production of the album and said he cannot count the amount of hours he had spent dedicated to this intricate project.
“In the past two years with Momentum, I have had more fun, more laughs, and more adventures than ever before,” Mr Webb said.
“Do what you love and you never work a day in your life.”
The duo has had a busy 2018 touring the Central West and New Zealand, and winning the Central West Brides Choice Award for Live Entertainment.
