Only one game of sisals was played with David Nunan, Al Upton and Ron Vidler, dropped a six early came back to lead 14-9 and then held on to beat Craig Pugsley, Peter Williams and Ron Egan 17-15.
Visiting bowlers Ron and Al were both in good form. In the coming weeks we have the fours to start next Saturday.
Sunday we will be having a Men’s health and prostate cancer day. This is an open day with everyone welcome bowlers and non bowlers male and female.
There will be bowls starting at 10am with names in by 9.30am with dress code will be wear something blue.

Thursday turnabout triples started this week with names in by 4.30pm.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 4 at 10am. We still need some directors so you care asked to put your names up to help out.
