Wake up, Halloween 2018: Here comes the Cockroaches

This year’s Lithgow Halloween on Saturday, October 27 has a jam-packed entertainment program, with the great 80’s band The Cockroaches announced as the headline act.

You may recognise several of the members of the band – they have been known to run around in multi-coloured skivvies in their time.

“It’s kind of like we are playing a big private party,” lead singer Paul Field said.

“We’ll do a whole bunch of Cockroaches songs from our albums as well as songs that we’ve always loved to play as well as some modern songs as we’ve got some youngsters playing with us.”

The one man in Australia who was actually paid to sleep on the job with The Wiggles, Jeff Fatt, is excited to come along.

“We know if people come along that they’ll have fun. See you there!”
