The accident occurred at 1.35pm on Tuesday, June 19.
The Eastbound lane has been closed to traffic so drivers travelling towards Sydney are urged to be patient as traffic is travelling at a slow pace, but there is no build up of cars.
No person has been trapped or injured in the crash.
A little bit of water has been seen on the roads and gutters.
No damage was done to the guard rail.
