Walk ‘n’ Talk Lithgow, established in 2017, holds quarterly events focused on encouraging people to form connections within their community and speak openly about their feelings and concerns.
People come together, walk on a course set out by organisers, and then share a sausage sandwich.

A mental health initiative, it has been held at various locations around Lithgow, including at Lake Pillans wetland on the opposite side of Blast Furnace Park and at the showground.
The Lions Club was on hand once again, cooking sausages for those who braved the arctic breezes to come out.
