The 80 plus guests all got into the black and white theme, dressing up in their best attire.
Bathurst MP Paul Toole got into the spirit, dressing in a fancy white suit jacket with a black shirt and white tie.
After cutting the cake with Lithgow VIEW club president Doreen Hart, Mr Toole said that he was excited about what was in store for Lithgow in the coming weeks.
“For all the events in the community, I feel like I have dressed up more in Lithgow then anywhere else,” he said.
“Thank you for everything you do in the community, you provide friendship, comeradery, and your contribution is just incredible.”
Lithgow Mayor Stephen Lesslie was also in attendance to celebrate the birthday party.
Live music was provided by singer Sharon Bowman.
