According to surveys conducted at Halloween 2017, it indicated that there was a strong desire for more rapid service street food.

To address this issue local businesses are being encouraged to participate and provide takeaway street food.

Expressions of interest are sought from retail stall holders and local food businesses interested in participation in Halloween 2018.

Time slots and positions for entertainers and buskers will be available during the festival providing an ideal place for local talent to showcase and market themselves to thousands of attendees.

Groups or individuals wishing to be involved in Halloween are also invited to submit their expressions of interest. 

Volunteers are crucial to the smooth running of Lithgow Halloween and will be needed for many different activities during the event. 

If you would like to be part of the volunteer team for Lithgow Halloween 18, please register as a volunteer with Lithgow Tourism.
