Those to qualify were the teams of Carlos Garibotto and Pat Wall and Jeff Geddes and Daniel Buckens.
Reserves are Max Nightingale and Bob Charlton and Geoff Wheeler and Paul Bailey.
Qualify winners at Wentworth Falls will move onto the final to be played at Bonville Golf Course near Coffs Harbour.
Buckens made it through to the final at Bonville two years ago when he partnered Ross Harrington.
It was a good day for Garibotto who also took out the best single score on the day with a plus 4.
The two ball par event was held in cold and difficult conditions with the winners being Michael Bennett and Tom Jennings on plus 10.
Runners up were Ben Oldfield and Peter Thompson on plus 9.
Scratch winners were: A, Bill Oldfield 74; B, Jeff Geddes 81 and C Carlos Garibotto 87.
Nearest the pin winners were Mick Bennett, Max Nightingale, Carlos Garibotto, Paul Bosman and Geoff Wheeler.
Teams to play well and figure in the ball competition were Graham Dean and Kevin Hanrahan, Jeff Geddes and Daniel Buckens, Pat Wall and Carlos Garibotto and Max Nightingale and Daniel Buckens. Balls cut out on plus 5.
The Friday nine hole winner was Mitch Luka with 22 points.
