Investigations are continuing into the cause of the fire, which started in a red Ford Laser parked in a driveway.
The vehicle parked next to it, a silver Ford Falcon, also caught fire.
Multiple calls were made to triple zero at about 1.50am and the fire was attended by NSW Fire and Rescue and Lithgow police.
The cars were fully alight and the flames from the car fire also damaged the garage roller door at the property.
As the Ford Laser was completely destroyed by the fire, it was not clear how the blaze started.
Police will be reviewing CCTV footage as part of their investigation.
