Ironfest op-shopping: Budget costume challenge accepted

The Lithgow Mercury editorial staff challenged themselves to find great foundation garments and accessories for an Ironfest costume, just using the Salvation Army and St Vincent de Paul stores on Main Street. The range and potential surprised and inspired. Check it out. *Some items did not have price tags, but as they are all at thrift stores, we're guessing they're a bargain and we have included them anyway.
