The 53-year-old from East Hills fell from a height of around three metres.
He was transported by a CareFlight helicopter to Westmead hospital at around 2pm.
He suffered suspected spinal and arm injuries.
Car rollover
A car carrying four people from Bathurst has rolled over on the Glowworm Tunnel Road on Monday night.
The driver lost control and the vehicle hit a wall on the left-hand-side and flipped on to its roof.
All four people were able to make their own way out of the car and were transported in two ambulances to Lithgow Hospital for minor injuries.
The driver was suffering neck and lower back pain.
