With the number sixes suffering a washout, it was left up to the fours to provide the entertainment for the weekend. Playing against the Orange Country Club the Wang  boys  were keen to make up last week’s disaster and they began well. After 15 ends it was Wang 30-3. Peter Piggott was in good form against Lee Stinson  leading 11 nil. With Ian McMillan and Mike McNamara controlling the head he went on to  win 24-16. Adam Favell led 10-1 against A Blimka and his team of the two Craig’s and Ian Pender playing well he went on to win 21-12. Craig Townsend and his team of Steve Jackson, Chris Neaves and Kim Alexander lead 9-2 but then went onto defeat M Baker 29-10. This gave Wang a 74-38 shot win for a 10 nil win. Next week the sixes are at home to Mudgee on Saturday while the fours are away to Manildra on Sunday.
