An unknown male has been seen masturbating at a fast food outlet on the corner of Great Western Highway and Main Street.
The offender ordered his food, sat down and proceeded to commit the obscene act.
The incident occurred between 1pm and 5.30pm on Sunday January 22.
Police are reviewing CCTV footage to determine the identity of the offender in order to charge him with indecent behaviour.
Stolen vehicle destroyed
A car has been found completely burned out at the old prison camp at Newnes.
The vehicle was stolen from Old Bells Line of Road between 10.30am and 9pm on Saturday January 21.
The wreckage of the black Holden crewman utility vehicle was found at 3.30pm on Sunday January 22.
Break and enter
A large amount of property has been stolen from a residence on Wolgan Road at Lidsdale.
A motor vehicle with the registration TAE776, described as a white 1989 Isuzu table top utility was stolen.
A large collection of power tools, flat screen television and DVDs were also taken.
A visa card was also stolen and has been used extensively across the Blue Mountains and Penrith at various locations.
The incident occurred sometime between Tuesday January 17 and Friday January 20 while the owners were away.
Stolen hardware
A female has been arrested after stealing $700 worth of items from a hardware store in Main Street.
The offender, aged around 30-years-old was observed taking some surveillance cameras valued at $500 and a chainsaw valued at $200.
She was seen leaving the store without attempting to pay for the items and her actions were captured on CCTV.
A witness was able to assist with locating the female after she left the location.
Police arrested the offender and recovered the video cameras however the chainsaw is still outstanding.
The incident occurred between 3.50-4pm on Sunday January 22.
The female attended court on Monday for a bail hearing.
Driving under the influence
A 44-year-old female has tested positive for cannabis after a roadside drug test on Friday morning.
Police searched her car and located 0.22 grams of cannabis in the vehicle.
The incident took place at 9.25am on Main Street.
Charges are pending as the secondary oral-fluid test returns from the laboratory.
Police intimidation
A 38-year-old male has been charged after making threats towards police.
The man was intoxicated and was intimidating police at Lithgow railway station at 7.15am on Saturday January 21.
He was subsequently arrested, brought back to police station and charged.
Offensive language
A 24-year-old male has been given a criminal infringement notice for offensive language on Saturday morning.
He was warned not to swear by police but continued to use offensive language.
The offender was believed to be under the influence of alcohol.
The incident occurred in Burns Lane at 6.55am.
