Woman hit by vehicle
Lithgow paramedics transported a 39-year-old Lithgow woman to Lithgow Hospital with minor injuries after she was hit by a car yesterday morning.

The woman was walking on Eskbank Street at 9.10am when the incident occurred.
Drug bust at jail
Lithgow police have charged a 32-year-old Quakers Hill man after he was caught trying to take drugs into Lithgow Correctional Centre.
The man was detected trying to traffic prescription drug Buprenorphine into the jail. He will appear in Lithgow Local Court in January.
Search finds amphetamines
A 36-year-old Bowenfels women has been found with a small amount amphetamines in her possession after being stopped and searched on Landa Street on Saturday .
Tyres slashed
Police are looking for information after a Toyota Camry parked on Mort Street had its tyres slashed.
The malicious damage took place sometime between 8pm Sunday and 7.50am Monday.

Break and enter damage
An empty commercial building on Railway Parade was broken into on Sunday with damage done to the interior of the premises.
Sometime between 1am and 1pm the same day the building was entered and graffiti spray painted inside.
iPod found
Police are looking for the owner of an iPod handed into the Lithgow police station on Friday.
The iPod was found on Padley Street and can be claimed with identification of the device at the station.
