Senior Property Valuer to step into a role with no reliance on bank panels. Instead, the focus of this position is Financial Reporting & Risk.
There is a significant client advisory & interaction portion to this role, where you will work closely with clients on valuations projects, advising them every step of the way. This firm considers the advisory piece of their offering of vital importance to their success, so good people skills are a must.
Hybrid working scenario, ideally you work 2-3 days from the office but they are extremely flexible & will allow you to manage your own workflow as best suits your working style. They have excellent tech that fully supports remote working & team management. Offices are Sydney city based & are as modern & slick as they come.
