Your new role
You will be committed to the development of high-quality and cost-efficient design solutions on major building services projects. Your new role will include but not limited to:

• Lead the delivery of mechanical designs across a diverse portfolio of building services projects.
• Working across internal disciplines to deliver and manage multi-disciplinary projects
• Developing mechanical design projects (or components of projects), design basis, scopes of work, specifications, cost estimation, proposals, design reports, etc.
• Embracing a strong digital work environment and delivery culture

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role within this area will lead to your success, as will:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering technical design projects for mechanical building services.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical (HVAC) and experience in cooling and heating load estimations will be highly regarded
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated self-management; ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
• Strong technical and client management skills, with a determination to derive innovative design solutions
