Due to continued growth and upcoming industrial projects, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Leasing Agent to join their industrial team.

Your new role
As a Senior Executive in Sales & Leasing, while leveraging both your own and company networks, you will be responsible for driving industrial transactions across both north and west growth corridors without caveats from political hierarchy. Your role will include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
  • Identify potential clients and properties to sell.
  • Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities
  • Marketing & selling / leasing of properties
  • Develop and implement sales / leasing campaigns
  • Preparing Head of Agreements and liaising with Legal teams
  • Managing relationships with both new and existing occupiers
  • Managing, respecting and collaborating with a team to achieve success together

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive understanding of Commercial Real Estate
  • 2 years Commercial Sales/Leasing experience (industrial experience is favourable, but not essential)
  • Ability to think critically and work autonomously
  • Experience in strategising and implementing sales campaigns
  • Ambitious attitude to grow and develop your career
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with a team
