Protech are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officers for a immediate start. These positions based in Bunbury and offer variety and are a multi-faceted role working in a friendly work place environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll related payments
• Ensuring all employees are paid within legislative, award and enterprise agreement guidelines
• Manage and maintain employee records
• Administer employee/employer deductions, contributions and benefits
• General administrative duties assigned to you by different departments

Experience and Qualifications:

• Payroll Officer experience in a high volume environment
• A understanding and the ability to interpret awards and EBA's
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)
• Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in a fast paced work environment
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
