Due to continuous growth within the business, the company is now seeking an experienced Online Administration Assistant/Customer Service to be part of their passionate and high performing team.
Your new role
The Online Administration Assistant is responsible for day-to-day tasks including but not limited to:
- Responding to customer queries (both over the phone and online) in a consistent and timely manner
- Entering customer orders and repair information into the system
- Data entry and the verification of product information
- Checking stock availability and liaising with internal staff
- Present customers with product knowledge where required
- Other general administrative duties to support the team as required
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate a high degree of initiative. You will have previous experience in a similar role, completing a variety of administration duties. You will be highly organized, with a ‘can do’ attitude to learn. As an effective team player, you will display exceptional communication skills, excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail. A background working within a retail environment or using e-commerce software is highly desirable, along with strong computer/IT skills.
The successful candidate must be required to work one day per weekend (therefore having one day off during the week).
