Your new role
- Management of the Immigration function and its associated teams
- Overall accountability of the delivery of all Immigration services and activities
- Leading the design and execution of immigration solutions for new and existing clients
- Driving the delivery of the business plan and ensuring commercial results are achieved
- Monitoring and reporting on service delivery metrics and overall performance
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving quality across the function
- Managing and developing the team leaders to deliver consistent value to clients
- Acting as an escalation point for any issues within the Immigration Service Delivery team
- Attending events such as webinars, workshops, and business development meetings
- Partnering with the Marketing team to provide SME content for sales and development
- Active industry participation, building upon and expanding a network of strategic partnerships
What you'll need to succeed
- Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia with ideally 10 years PAE in migration law
- Current Australian Legal Practising Certificate
- Extensive knowledge of Australian immigration law and practice
- Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in driving business strategies
- Expertise in business development, account management and nurturing client relationships
- Leadership accountability in delivering high quality results across multiple teams
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of business and management principles
