Legal Secretary

Your new company

Join the leading boutique law firm located in the heart of city. They specialise in commercial and corporate law. This firm acts for many ASX listed organisation and high net worth clients and provide exposure to many high-profile clients They are currently looking for a skilled junior legal secretary to support their team in administrative tasks. This role is temporary at the moment but will definitely become permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role

• Support solicitors with dairy, meeting, and travel management.
• Assist other team members
• Manage correspondence
• Draft and amend legal documents
• Assist with the preparation of briefs
• Ad-hoc legal administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Legal Secretary or Personal Assistant
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Well developed organisation and time management skills
• Confident personality

What you'll get in return

• $35p/h plus super in a temp role. 70-75k package if role becomes permanent
