Legal Counsel , 2 - 5 Years' PQE

Your new role
Working amongst a large team of supportive Lawyers, you will be involved in working across a broad range of commercial matters, covering client contracting, procurement, technology-related agreements (including As-a-Service, licensing and development) and collaboration arrangements. You will help shape new business offerings, provide legal advice relating to compliance with a broad spectrum of laws that impact the firms, and may also be involved in transactional work.

What you'll need to succeed

• Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia
• Minimum of 2 years' PAE managing a range of commercial matters
• Ideally experience gained in Mid Tier/Top Tier law firm or from in house with a large reputable company/organisation

• experience working within teams of lawyers, supporting and consulting senior lawyers
• experience and confidence in dealing with and assisting senior management (both in written and verbal communications), including an ability to draft clear and precise legal documents and communications;
• excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and influence with impact;
