Your new company

A global blue-chip company, expanding its operations across Australia, is seeking a Specialist responsible to directly engage with SailPoint field personnel and customers to detect, diagnose, and improve to compound technical problems directly or conjointly with the engineering team.

Your new role

As a Support Specialist, you will provide solutions across the Enterprise through demonstrating solid knowledge of IAM and great exposure to SailPoint IIQ, writing scripts at server level (Perl, script, Shell script, VB script, Java Script, Batch Scripts).

  • Deliver technical support to SailPoint customers and field personnel via multiple channels.
  • Convey product fixes and patches to customers
  • Record and catalogue problem solutions in company knowledge base
  • Provide technical concepts in a clear manner

What you'll need to succeed

Exposure to Identity & Access Governance domain and acquaintance with installation & configuration of SailPoint IIQ Identity Manager Product Advanced knowledge and developed experience with Java programming language Proficiency with infrastructure setup, network devices, clustering, HA configuration of servers/databases along with Password Synchronization and management
