Horticulture Team Leader

My client is a boutique Landscape maintenance company based in the Eastern Suburb. They take pride in their quality of work and quality of staff. They boast about their happy clients and staff retention.

Their business has expanded over the years and they are growing as well. Now they are looking for Team Leader to join them.

Your new role

You will be a team leader looking after high end residential properties around the Eastern Suburbs. You will have an offsider to help you.

Your daily job responsibility will include:

• Lawn Installation and maintenance
• Irrigation System check and repair
• Hedging
• Mulching
• Watering
• Team Management
• Team Training

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualification in Horticulture (Cert III or above in Horticulture is preferred)
• Previous team leading/supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
• Outstanding plant knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills/ scheduling experience
• Manual Driver Licence
