About Our Client
Our client is a well established Not for Profit organisation who strives to help others within the community and enrich people's lives.
Job Description
Communicating with donors via phone and email.
Assisting with the coordination of fundraiser events, including the distribution of invitations, RSVP management, on-site event delivery and coordination as required.
Assist with budget monitoring.
Preparing donor lists for for invitations, letters, mailings, programs as required.
Assist with the maintenance of database of potential donors.
Working closely with the Accounts department.
Assist with the administration of volunteer committee database and communities.
Entry of philanthropic gifts and grants according to established procedures and protocols.

Ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Exceptional time management skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks.
Experience in managing and engaging with multi-level stakeholders across a range of industries and backgrounds.
Experience in fast-paced work environment with proven ability to multi-task.
Database management experience.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
