About the Role
Reporting into the KFC Australia Planning Manager, the KFC Australia finance analyst primary purpose is to provide financial analysis to support the Planning Manager.  The role will involve liaising closely with the KFC Australia team to determine key business needs, and conducting analysis and providing recommendations to support business decision making.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of standard management reporting suite across the brands (e.g. Daily & weekly sales reports and monthly management reports)
• Develop and maintain new and existing reports using Power BI.
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
• Support with preparation of Budget and forecasting activities
• Continuous improvement of the quality, content and timeliness of reporting
• Undertake detailed scenario modelling, using a range of different assumptions to support recommendations
• Undertake financial and operational forecasting, identifying opportunities for business improvements

About You
Coupled with your ability to deliver complex information in an uncomplicated way to all levels of management in a business environment, you will also possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years proven experience in Management Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting and Financial Analysis experience.
• Experience in complex business, Retail/FMCG/QSR experience will be highly regarded
• Experience with complex modelling
• Advanced analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills
• Ability to extract relevant trend information from multiple data sources
• Advanced Excel including using PowerQuery and PowerPivot desirable
• Power BI
