Your new role
As a Production Assistant, you will be instrumental in the production process within the factory. You will be taught to operate a range of machinery, weld with metals and other materials and be given the opportunity to learn some basic front line leadership skills.

What you'll need to succeed
A keen and enthusiastic attitude and a genuine interest to learn new skills within the manufacturing industry. A positive attitude towards health and safety, high attention to detail and a proactive nature.
