Your new company

A number of our Banking & Financial Services clients across the Sydney metro area, which include Big4 banks and well known insurance companies, are currently going through approvals for a variety of jobs.

These are primarily Customer Service focussed positions as Fraud Officers, Claims Consultants & Customer Service Officers.

The locations are across Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Kogarah & some that are full/part time working from home.

Your new role

In any of these roles you will be providing advanced customer service to a range of customer types, often complex in nature and requiring a high level of empathy and problem solving.

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls and effectively providing resolution, guidance and high-level customer service
  • Assist customers professionally and empathetically, while maintaining security and privacy requirements
  • Case manage certain customer issues that cannot be resolved immediately & require further investigation
  • Administration of customer issues, logs, and resolutions, as well as drafting customer emails & letters
  • Undertaking outbound calls to follow up on enquiries when required

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for who are;

  • Highly empathetic and resilient, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in customer service (this could be from a call centre or retail or hospitality for example)
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating between multiple systems at a time, as well as competency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Proactive and positive, with a strong ability to troubleshoot issues independently
