Director of Preschool (6 months temp)

We are currently looking for a temporary Director of a preschool who can join this exciting 39-space long day care in the Mount Druitt area until February 2020. The role has become available because of internal changes and moves.

Your new role
This position is responsible for the day-to-day management and organisation of a Council’s Child Care Centre; for the provision of a high quality programme of care and education for the children at the centre; for supervision and development of the centre educators and workers, and maintaining the effective functioning.

What you'll need to succeed
Passion and flawless organisation skills are a must, and relevant experience in building a team and team culture, along with relevant Director work experience in early years settings, with valid wwcc, first aid, and Diploma / Early Childhood Teacher qualifications.

Pay rate: $326/day
