Your new role
Your new role working as a Customer Support Coordinator, you will;

  • Provide a consistently high level of service to all stakeholders with a key focus to navigate the most efficient outcome for the customer through effective, efficient and best practice telephony and work order management
  • Provide clear, concise and accurate information relating work requirements to clients, contractors and customers.
  • Ensure all contract SLA targets are achieved for inbound/outbound call resolution, monitor work order timeframes, follow ups and escalating priority issues
  • Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.
  • Ensure all contract SLA targets are achieved for inbound/outbound call resolution
  • Determine the nature of customer or client requests through use of effective questioning and take the appropriate action based on the contract guidelines.

  • Experience working in a contact centre environment
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations….
  • An active listener with Clear communication skills
  • Culturally astute with high Empathy and Emotional Intelligence
  • High Resilience and eagerness to learn
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
